What is accDhcpSrvDeclines?

This OID tallies DECLINE packets, sent when a client detects that the address offered by the server is already in use (address conflict). A rising decline counter signals IP address conflicts on your network that must be resolved to maintain stability. For example, if declines reach 5 in a morning, you may have a stale DNS entry or static IP that conflicts with your DHCP pool, requiring you to either free the conflicting address or adjust the pool boundaries.
