accBgpLocalAsFullMesh
Module: ACC-BGP
OID (symbolic): ACC-BGP::accBgpLocalAsFullMesh
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.51.1.3
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description:
Configures the local AS to a full mesh.
What is accBgpLocalAsFullMesh?
This OID enables or disables a full mesh topology within your local autonomous system, where every BGP router connects directly to every other router. A full mesh improves convergence time when routes change but uses more CPU and memory, so you only enable it when your AS is small enough to handle it. For instance, if you have 4 internal routers, enabling full mesh means each router maintains 3 direct BGP sessions instead of relying on a backbone.
