What is oVpAtmFrfRetryCount?

This OID specifies how many reconnection attempts the system makes before permanently marking the virtual circuit as down. Network engineers set this parameter to control failover behavior—more retries mean longer wait times before the circuit is considered dead. For instance, setting this to 5 means the device tries to reconnect 5 times before declaring the circuit down and triggering alarms.
