What is oVpAtmFrfPvcDlciEnd?
This OID defines the highest DLCI number available for Permanent Virtual Circuits on this ATM port. Together with the start DLCI, this creates a usable range of identifiers for Frame Relay connections. If set to 200, combined with a start of 100, it allows DLCIs 100 through 200 on this port.
