What is oVpAtmFrfCellLossPrioOut?
This OID configures the Cell Loss Priority (CLP) bit value for cells transmitted out of this ATM virtual port toward the network. A CLP value of 0 marks cells as high-priority (protected from discard), while 1 marks them as droppable during congestion. Administrators set this to ensure important traffic gets priority treatment—for example, setting CLP=0 for voice traffic to prevent call quality degradation.
