What is oVpAtmFrfCellLossPrioIn?

This OID sets the Cell Loss Priority (CLP) bit value for cells arriving on this ATM virtual port from the network. The CLP bit (0 or 1) indicates whether a cell can be discarded during congestion—a value of 1 means cells are eligible for dropping. Network engineers use this to prioritize critical traffic (CLP=0, don't drop) versus best-effort traffic (CLP=1, can drop).
