What is oVpAtmCipServerAddress?
This OID holds the network address of the ATM server that this port should connect to or communicate with. You configure this when your port needs to reach a specific ATM service provider or central server for management or data relay. For instance, you might set this to the IP address or NSAP address of your ATM switch, like '192.168.1.100' or an NSAP equivalent, so the port knows where to send signaling messages.
