What is oVpAtmCipPcr?

This OID specifies the peak cell rate in cells per second that the ATM port will use for virtual circuits. Setting the PCR controls how fast data can flow through circuits on this port, which prevents network congestion and ensures fair resource allocation. For example, you might set the PCR to 100000 cells/second to limit the maximum throughput and protect other services on your ATM network.
