What is oVpAtmCipMode?

This OID controls the operational mode of a Circuit Interface Processor port running over ATM, such as switched versus permanent virtual circuit mode. Network engineers set this during configuration to determine whether the CIP port dynamically establishes circuits on demand or uses pre-configured persistent connections. For example, mode=1 might indicate permanent virtual circuit (PVC) operation, while mode=2 could enable switched virtual circuit (SVC) operation.
