Trap Message object for level-1 traps of ARP module

What is accArpTrapMsg?

This read-write object stores a custom message text that the device includes when sending SNMP traps (alerts) related to ARP module errors or events. A network engineer would set this field with descriptive text so that when an alert is triggered, the receiving monitoring system knows context about what went wrong. For example, you might set this to 'ARP table full - possible DoS attack detected' so that when the ARP module fires a trap, the ops team immediately understands the severity and cause.
