What is accArpRspSents?

This OID counts the number of ARP responses your device has sent to other systems that requested your MAC address, tracked as an incrementing counter. A network engineer cares about this metric to confirm that other devices can successfully reach this device via ARP and to spot if the device is responding unusually slowly or not at all. For example, if another router sent 100 ARP requests but you only sent back 95 responses, you might have dropped 5 packets due to buffer issues or misconfiguration.
