What is accArpRspRcvds?

This OID measures the number of ARP response packets your device has successfully received from other devices, stored as a counter. You would monitor this to ensure that devices are actually replying to your ARP requests and to identify if some nodes on your network are unreachable or unresponsive. For example, if accArpReqSents is 1,000 but accArpRspRcvds is only 200, it suggests 80% of your ARP queries are going unanswered, which indicates a connectivity problem.
