What is accAccessPartitionNumRejects?
This OID is a counter that tracks how many connection requests were refused by this partition (due to capacity limits, disabled state, or other reasons). An operator monitors this to identify if a partition is hitting its limits too often or if there are configuration problems blocking legitimate traffic. A rising reject counter compared to accepts might signal that the port limit is too low.
