Module: ACC-ACCESSPARTITION
OID (symbolic): ACC-ACCESSPARTITION::accAccessPartitionDnsServSec
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.63.1.1.26
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: IpAddress
Access: read-write
Description:
The IP address of the secondary DNS server of the customer's network.
What is accAccessPartitionDnsServSec?
This OID stores the IP address of the secondary (backup) DNS server for this access partition, which is used if the primary server is unreachable. You configure this for redundancy so that name resolution continues working even if the primary DNS server goes offline. For example, if your primary is 192.168.1.10, you might set this secondary to 8.8.8.8 as a fallback.
