What is accAccessPartitionBusyCount?

This read-only OID shows how many internal system resources are currently in use by this partition (a gauge, not a counter). An engineer checks this before trying to delete a partition—if the count is non-zero, the partition is still in use and cannot be removed. A value of '45' means 45 internal resources are tied to this partition.
