What is acPMRXBadOctetsTimeBetweenThresholds?
This metric tracks the percentage of time when bad octets fell between low and high thresholds during measurement (Integer32, -1 to 100). Network engineers use this to identify periods when receive quality was in a warning state—acceptable but trending toward problems. A value of 10 means bad octets were in the caution band for only 10% of the interval.
