What is acPMRTPBytesRxTimeBelowLowThreshold?
This OID reports the percentage of time during the interval when RTP received bytes stayed below the configured low threshold. Engineers use this to identify underutilization or starvation periods in inbound RTP traffic. A value of 20% means receive activity remained below threshold for a fifth of the measurement period, potentially indicating uneven traffic distribution.
