AC-PM-MEDIA-MIB::acPMMediaChannelUtilizationAttrRTPStreamsLowThreshold sets the minimum RTP stream count expected to be active, with a range of 0 to 2,147,483,647. Engineers use this to detect when RTP stream establishment is failing or critically low, which could mean call setup problems. A threshold of 10, for example, would trigger an alert if fewer than 10 concurrent voice streams exist during business hours.
