What is acVoiceSCVBRCoderHangover?
This unsigned integer (0-255) specifies the number of silence frames to transmit at the start of each quiet period in VBR silence suppression. Engineers tune this to avoid abrupt audio cutoff that makes silence suppression obvious to listeners. A value of 50 emits 50 short silence frames before full suppression, masking the transition.
