What is acVoiceSCMode?
This enumerated integer (0, 1, or 2) controls silence suppression: 0=disabled, 1=enabled with noise learning, 2=enabled without learning. Engineers activate silence suppression to reduce bandwidth during pauses in conversation, critical for mobile and WAN links. Setting it to 1 saves 60-70% bandwidth during silence periods while adapting to background noise.
