What is acVoiceCoderRateMsRtaTxBitRate?
This unsigned integer (0-29000 bps) controls the transmission bitrate for Microsoft RTA codec output. Setting it to 0 enables automatic bitrate adaptation; manual values between 8.8-29 kbps lock the codec to a fixed rate. A value of 16000 forces the device to send audio at exactly 16 kbps, useful for bandwidth-constrained links.
