What is acVoiceAGCTargetEnergy?
This unsigned integer (0-63) specifies the desired signal strength in dBm that AGC aims to maintain. Engineers set this based on the typical loudness profile of their phones and network. A value of 35 targets -35 dBm signal power, causing AGC to boost weak signals and attenuate loud ones.
