What is acVideoRtpRtcpDisableRtcpIntervalRandomization?
This flag controls RTCP report randomization for video streams (0=enable, 1=disable). Enabled randomization prevents synchronized feedback storms on large video calls. A value of 1 locks RTCP timing to fixed intervals, simplifying traffic prediction.
