What is acModemV21Transport?
This integer OID controls V.21 modem transport, choosing between Transparent, Bypass, or Transparent with Events modes. V.21 is a low-speed legacy protocol, and network operators configure this to determine if the gateway processes these signals or lets them pass untouched. Historically, setting it to 0 (Transparent) was mandatory, ensuring backward compatibility with older fax and modem equipment.
