What is acFaxRelayMaxRate?
This enumeration caps the maximum transmission speed for relayed faxes, from 2400 bps (value 0) to 33600 bps (value 13). Engineers set value 5 (14400 bps) for networks with marginal bandwidth or value 13 (33600 bps) for high-capacity links. Limiting speed improves reliability on congested links.
