What is lineCode?
This read-write integer selects the line coding scheme used to transmit data on the trunk (B8ZS/AMI for T1, HDB3/AMI for E1). Engineers choose a line code matching the carrier's equipment to ensure correct signal encoding and error detection. For example, B8ZS (Binary 8-Zero Substitution) provides better timing recovery than AMI on T1 lines.
