What is aal2PVCSCR?
This OID sets the Sustained Cell Rate (SCR) in cells per second for variable bit rate AAL2 PVCs (0 to 49,600 cells/sec). It defines the long-term average bandwidth the circuit must deliver, protecting against network congestion. An SCR of 15,000 guarantees continuous traffic averaging 15,000 cells per second.
