What is radioConnected?

This OID indicates whether the radio module is physically and electrically connected (1) or disconnected (0). A network engineer checks this to detect hardware faults or unplugged cables that would prevent radio operation. Example: 1 means the radio is properly seated and ready; 0 suggests a bad connection.
