What is positionerMoving?
Reports whether the antenna positioner is actively repositioning (0=stopped, 1=moving). Network engineers monitor this to avoid issuing conflicting commands and to verify positioning operations complete successfully. A value of 1 indicates the antenna is currently rotating or tilting.
