What is snmpTrapNextFreeIndex?
Indicates the next available index value for creating a new trap destination entry, or zero if the table is full. Managers read this before inserting a new trap row to find an open slot. Example: a value of 7 means the next new trap can use index 7; zero means no free rows remain.
