What is a3ComSysBridgePortReceiveSecurityDiscards?
This counter records frames discarded because the source MAC was statically bound to a different port, detecting unauthorized moves. Engineers configure static MAC bindings and monitor this counter to catch tampering or miscabled devices. Any increment suggests a station moved unexpectedly.
