What is a3ComSysBridgePortRateLimitReceiveFloodEnabled?
This parameter determines whether the port participates in flood rate limiting to control unknown-destination traffic. Engineers enable it to prevent MAC table misses from causing excessive forwarding to all ports. Setting it enabled(1) restricts flood traffic on that port.
