Description: If this object is set to enabled(1), then multicast IP routing is in service. If it is set to disabled(2), then multicast IP routing is turned off.
What is a3ComMipControl?
Controls whether multicast IP routing is active (enabled=1) or disabled (disabled=2) on the device. Network engineers toggle this to enable or disable multicast forwarding capabilities. Setting to enabled(1) activates multicast routing; disabled(2) stops all multicast packet forwarding.
