Description: For administered connection components, this object describes the value of sysUpTime the last time this row was modified. If the row has not been modified, then this value shall be zero.
For dynamic connection components, this object identifies the time this connection component was created.
What is llcCcOperLastModifyTime?
This OID shows the last configuration change time (TimeTicks) for the connection, or creation time for dynamic connections. Zero indicates no modifications since creation. A typical value of 100000 (10 seconds since boot) tracks when the connection was last reconfigured.
