What is llcCcOperBusyTimer?
This OID records the timeout interval (TimeTicks) for detecting when a busy condition at the remote LLC has cleared. The timer prevents indefinite waiting when the remote peer is congested. A typical value of 1500 (150ms) gives the remote device up to 150 milliseconds to recover from congestion.
