What is a3ipxPolSapNbrCtlAdvCtl?
This read-write control toggles whether SAP neighbor policies apply to neighbors receiving service advertisements from this device. Operators enable it to enforce outbound SAP filtering rules that restrict advertised services to specific peers. Disabled (0) bypasses SAP filters and floods advertisements to all neighbors.
