What is a3ipxSapUpdateTime?
This OID specifies how often (in seconds, 10-65535) the router sends SAP updates to advertise available services. SAP announcements let clients discover printers, file servers, and other network services; administrators tune this interval to balance service discovery speed against network traffic. A value of 60 means services are advertised every 60 seconds, so a new service becomes visible network-wide within that timeframe.
