What is a3ipxAttachedNetOperState?
This read-only integer reports whether the attached IPX network is currently up, down, or in another operational state. Operators monitor this to quickly identify if a network segment has gone offline or is experiencing problems. A value of 1 means up and active; 2 means down or unreachable.
