What is h3cSysReloadRowStatus?
Controls whether a system reload entry is active and valid. This RowStatus object manages the lifecycle of reload configuration—engineers set it to active only when both the reload entity and image are available. For example, setting it to active(1) with a missing firmware image fails, remaining inactive(2) until the image is present.
