What is h3cRprStaticRSRingletID?
This configurable field selects which ringlet (inner=1 or outer=0) carries frames between two stations on a static route. Operators configure this to manually control traffic paths for redundancy or load distribution. Setting it to ringlet0 forces traffic through the outer ring path.
