What is hwBuffer2048Free?
This OID shows available 2048-byte buffers ready to accept large packets and jumbo frames. Depletion of this pool causes loss of large packets even if smaller buffers remain available. If free buffers drop below 50 of 1000, large-packet delivery is at critical risk.
