What is hwCirValue?
This read-create setting specifies the committed information rate (guaranteed bandwidth) for Frame Relay, from 1000 to 45 Mbps. The device guarantees this rate; traffic above it may be marked for discard if congestion occurs. For example, 5000000 bps guarantees 5 Mbps to that virtual circuit.
