What is hwCirAllowValue?
This read-create value sets the maximum burst rate (Committed Information Rate allowed) for Frame Relay traffic, from 1 to 45 Mbps. Engineers use it to enforce excess burst limits. For example, setting it to 10000000 (10 Mbps) allows short bursts above the committed rate.
