This integer holds the ifIndex of the Ethernet interface directly connecting the FCF to a remote ENode or FCF. A value of zero indicates the peer is not directly attached or is multi-hop. For example, ifIndex 5 means Gigabit Ethernet port GigabitEthernet1/0/5 is the direct link.
