What is h3cOnuDbaReportStatus?
This integer (enable/disable) controls whether DBA report thresholds are actively enforced per queue. Engineers toggle this to enable or disable bandwidth admission control on specific queues. A value of enable(1) activates threshold-based DBA reporting for that queue.
