This read-create RowStatus object controls creation, modification, and deletion of ONU entries in the OLT table. Network administrators use it to provision or remove ONU connections with support for active status and atomic create-and-destroy operations. Setting it to active(1) registers a new ONU; destroy(6) removes an established connection.
