What is h3cOltPortAlarmRegistrationEnabled?
This boolean enables or disables alarms when ONUs fail to register with the OLT (true=on, false=off). Network teams use this to detect ONU provisioning failures or repeated registration timeouts. When true, the system alerts on registration loops or stuck ONUs.
