What is h3cOltPortAlarmRegExcessEnabled?
This boolean alarm triggers when ONU registration attempts exceed the port's capacity limit (true=on, false=off). Engineers enable it to detect port oversubscription or rogue devices attempting registration. Setting true alerts when ONUs exceed the configured maximum per port.
