What is h3cOltAgcLockTime?
This OID reports the time in TQ units that the PON upstream Automatic Gain Control (AGC) takes to lock onto the signal. A network engineer monitors this to ensure the AGC converges quickly and reliably during burst reception from ONUs. Typical values range from 1 to 32,767; a value of 2,147,483,647 indicates an unknown or uninitialized state.
