Tracks frames at ONU with valid SLD and CRC-8 that don't match the ONU's LLID or broadcast (discarded). Mandatory for ONU, this measures unwanted or non-matching frames. A value of 0 over 24 hours indicates pristine filtering; 10+ suggests fiber crosstalk or misconfiguration.
